We offer two different types of consultations – telephone or on-site.

Telephone Consultants

Operate Monday to Friday and offer an excellent understanding of our entire tailor made product categories and are often the difference between you feeling frustrated and completely calm.

On-site Consultants

Likewise, our field consultants cover most of the UK mainland and specialise in portable, modular and custom made stands. Each consultant knows their specific category and product range like the back of their hand and can offer you help, advice and flexible solutions tailored to meet your specific needs – and in most cases we offer this service for Free.

Often in the case of portable and modular stand consultations we’ll also bring along some hardware so that you also get an onsite demonstration whilst we’re there!

As standard all consultations are offered with absolutely no obligation to buy.

Important – This is not a thinly disguised sales pitch. This service is offered to help you to achieve your desired goal. If you’re not happy with the solutions we offer or perhaps the idea gets shelved then that’s fine, you won’t find us holding you to anything. We’re here to help, not sell.

Please note – On-site consultations are offered on approximately 85% of our portable and modular categories and also in some rare cases it is not always feasible for us to offer a consultation due to geographical issues. In either of these two cases we will do our utmost to send you loan samples to try yourself.
